We ship to all destinations within Australia via the Australia Post network. This means that your package will always be able to be tracked. Please note that large orders will require extra packaging to prevent breakages. These bulky parcels will be sent by regular post and tracking numbers can be arranged for a small additional fee. Contact us on 03 9416 4112 and we will happily organise a tracking number for you.

Unfortunately at the moment we only ship within Australia and not Internationally.

Confirmation of Order

Upon confirmation of your payment for online purchases, an email will advise you that your order has been received, paid for and will be processed.


Public Holidays

Kleins Perfumery does not ship on Victorian and Australian Public Holidays.



Please allow up to 5-7 working days from when your order is confirmed.

It is up to the Australia Post contractor as to whether they are comfortable in leaving your parcel at the delivery address if it is unattended. We regret that this is beyond Kleins Perfumery’s control.

If you are having a parcel delivered to a business address please ensure that the company name, department, floor/level and the name of the recipient are clearly entered in the shipping address.

We cannot accept any responsibility for delayed or lost shipments however please feel free to email our Online Customer Service team at info@kleinsperfumery.com.au with your contact details and query and we will do our best to assist.


Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please email info@kleinsperfumery.com.au within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number and include a brief description of your order, and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorization.

Unfortunately we won’t be able to accept returns on Sale items or for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Any items for return must be received in the original condition they were sent; i.e. unopened boxes, labeling and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition.

Please include your invoice with your return. Returns are to be received by Kleins within 14 days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. All online purchases for return need to be processed through the Kleins Perfumery Online Customer Service via email info@kleinsperfumery.com.au or contact (03) 9416 4112
