Confirmation of Order

Upon confirmation of your payment for online purchases, an email will advise you that your order has been received, paid for and will be processed.

Public Holidays

Kleins Perfumery does not ship on Victorian and Australian Public Holidays.

Delivery

Delivery is Australia wide only. We do not ship internationally, at this stage.

Please allow up to 5-7 working days from when your order is confirmed.

It is up to the Australia Post contractor as to whether they are comfortable in leaving your parcel at the delivery address if it is unattended. We regret that this is beyond Kleins Perfumery’s control.

If you are having a parcel delivered to a business address please ensure that the company name, department, floor/level and the name of the recipient are clearly entered in the shipping address.

We cannot accept any responsibility for delayed or lost shipments, however, please feel free to email our Online Customer Service team at info@kleinsperfumery.com.au with your contact details and query and we will do our best to assist.

Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please email info@kleinsperfumery.com.au within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number and include a brief description of your order, and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorization.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns on Sale items or for a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Any items for return must be received in the original condition they were sent; i.e. unopened boxes, labeling, and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition.

Please include your invoice with your return. Returns are to be received by Kleins within 14 days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. All online purchases for return need to be processed through the Kleins Perfumery Online Customer Service via email info@kleinsperfumery.com.au or contact 0414 977 433
